  5. I would like to know why sometime a phone number is BLACKLISTED ?
  6. I try to phone to a number which was allways BUSY.
  7. After this, the modem list it as BLACKLISTED.
  8. Now, i can't dial this number for this reason.
  9. I have to switch off my computer, and restart all, to redial this number.
  10. After a switch off, i can redial :)

  12. I have Windows 3.1 and the soft of Logitec.
